Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BeyazYakalıdan, you agree to these terms, the personal data notice, and the platform rules shown during onboarding. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Professional accounts with LinkedIn sign-in

BeyazYakalıdan currently supports LinkedIn sign-in and uses corporate email verification for company trust signals. You must use your own account, keep your profile and company information accurate, and avoid impersonating another person or organization. LinkedIn sign-in may provide account, profile, email, or workplace information, but LinkedIn does not verify, endorse, approve, or certify BeyazYakalıdan users.

BeyazYakalıdan is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to LinkedIn. LinkedIn is used only as an independent identity provider for sign-in and as a source of user-authorized profile data. Company trust is based on corporate email verification, company-domain matching, user history, community trust indicators, and platform controls.

3. Marketplace role

BeyazYakalıdan provides listing, search, company filtering, messaging, moderation, and notification tools. BeyazYakalıdan is not the seller, buyer, broker, dealer, payment institution, escrow provider, money transfer service, shipping provider, inspection service, warranty provider, or tax advisor for user transactions.

4. Payments and delivery

BeyazYakalıdan does not receive, hold, process, verify, guarantee, or refund payments. Users arrange payment, delivery, product inspection, invoices, taxes, returns, and warranty matters directly between themselves and outside the platform. Do not send card details, bank passwords, one-time passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive payment data through platform messages.

5. Listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, condition, price, photos, and availability of every listing you create.
• Listings must describe ordinary second-hand products that may lawfully be sold by the user without special state authorization, license, registration, or dealer status.
• New or edited listings may be reviewed by automated controls and admin approval before publication.
• Automated and manual review is a platform safety pre-filter only. It does not verify or guarantee product authenticity, ownership, legal status, quality, condition, price, delivery, warranty, or seller reliability.
• BeyazYakalıdan may remove, hide, reject, limit, or request changes to listings that breach these terms or create legal, safety, reputation, or platform risk.
• You may show your phone number on a listing only if you explicitly enable that option.

6. Prohibited listing categories

Vehicle sales, real estate sales, rental or transfer listings, and similar regulated transactions requiring official authorization, license, registration, dealer authorization, title transfer, or public authority approval are not permitted on BeyazYakalıdan. Prohibited examples include cars, motorcycles, other motor vehicles, homes, land, workplaces, and other real estate. Products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, recalled, or infringe third-party rights are also prohibited.

7. Buyer and seller responsibility

Users are responsible for evaluating the counterparty, checking product condition and ownership, agreeing on price and delivery, complying with tax and consumer rules, and resolving any dispute. Company filters, LinkedIn sign-in signals, corporate email verification, and user history improve relevance but do not guarantee identity, employment status, product quality, or transaction safety.

Company email verification, company-based filters, or transactions between people who appear to work at the same company do not make that employer a party to the transaction. Users are responsible for complying with their own workplace policies, including rules on corporate email use, working time, and internal trade.

8. Messaging and conduct

You must not use the platform for fraud, harassment, discrimination, spam, scraping, phishing, malware, misleading claims, counterfeit sales, unlawful trade, or attempts to bypass security and moderation. Messages must relate to legitimate listing discussions.

Messages may be automatically screened to detect external links, phone numbers, IBAN/payment instructions, phishing patterns, abusive language, or attempts to move the conversation outside the platform. BeyazYakalıdan may block, limit, or review messages that create safety, legal, or platform-risk signals.

9. Content license

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant BeyazYakalıdan a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, resize, cache, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, moderate, and promote your listing within the platform.

10. Account restrictions and moderation

BeyazYakalıdan may restrict, suspend, or close accounts; remove content; disable messaging; or reject listings when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent misuse, or preserve marketplace trust.

11. Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable. Features, categories, limits, verification methods, and moderation rules may be updated as the product and legal requirements evolve.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeyazYakalıdan is not liable for user listings, user conduct, payment or delivery disputes, product defects, tax issues, indirect damages, loss of profit, or third-party service failures.
