This policy explains which products and services cannot be listed on BeyazYakalıdan. It supports safer trading between verified professionals and gives listing review a clear standard.

1. General rule
BeyazYakalıdan is designed for legitimate second-hand and workplace-community marketplace listings. Listings that may be illegal, unsafe, deceptive, regulated, personal-data related, or unsuitable for a professional community may be rejected, hidden, removed, or sent to manual review.
Listing approval is not guaranteed.
AI-assisted checks and admin review may block a listing even if the exact item is not named below.
2. Prohibited categories
Prescription or non-prescription medication, supplements, tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, controlled substances, and medical devices.
Passports, ID cards, diplomas, permits, licenses, certificates, plates, government-issued items, or any counterfeit documents.
Sexual products, explicit media, nudity-focused items, escort or dating services, and adult-only content.
Tickets, memberships, subscriptions, game accounts, social media accounts, SIM cards, gift cards, coupons, access credentials, and digital balances.
Loans, credit cards, debt products, crypto assets, currency trading, investment offers, and payment account transfers.
Fake branded goods, stolen items, products removed from the market, unsafe products, and items with unclear ownership.
Body fluids, organs, medical treatments, prescription glasses or lenses, invasive health products, and similar sensitive goods.
Prepared food, fresh food, packaged food, baby formula, supplements, edible cosmetics, and all consumable products.
Real estate, vehicle sales requiring formal processes, legal/financial/medical services, illegal services, paid companionship, and pyramid schemes.
Email lists, phone lists, employee/customer databases, leaked data, credentials, or any personal data offered for sale.
Misleading listings, unrealistic promises, phishing attempts, marketplace bypass, harassment, and anything harmful to platform trust.
3. Restricted categories
Some items may be allowed only when they are clearly lawful, ordinary second-hand goods, accurately described, and suitable for workplace-community trading. BeyazYakalıdan may still request more information or reject a listing where ownership, safety, authenticity, or legality is unclear.
4. Enforcement
- Listings may be rejected by automated checks or admin review before publication.
- Published listings may later be removed if new risk signals are detected.
- Repeated or serious violations may lead to account restrictions or permanent account closure.
- BeyazYakalıdan may preserve audit records where needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
5. Reports and questions
Users can report suspicious listings from the listing page or contact info@beyazyakalidan.com. This policy may be updated as the platform, laws, categories, and risk controls evolve.
